Nurtari provides in-person therapy and nutrition counseling in Kirkwood, Missouri, serving clients throughout St. Louis County and the greater St. Louis area. Virtual therapy and nutrition services are also available based on provider licensure and client location.

Our expanded space was thoughtfully designed to support individual, couples and family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, eating disorder and trauma treatment, nutrition counseling, group services, and professional collaboration.

Our Kirkwood office offers integrated mental health and nutrition services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Nurtari's team provides specialized support for eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, body image, life transitions, and overall wellness. Our clinicians use approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed nutrition care.
